Madira Bar and Grill is pleased to announce our new chef Leigh Needham and an updated Indian bar food inspired menu. Leigh was most recently the chef at the Vegan Commissary off of East Passyunk Ave in South Philly and before that he worked at Barclay Prime. New items on the menu include Pakoras (battered and fried vegetable fritters), Chicken Tikka served on a long roll, a Lamb Burger, and a vegan Chickpea Lentil Burger. The menu will continue to grow to include more Indian inspired dishes like Curry Fries and other curry dishes. We also plan on starting a weekend brunch in the near future.
